The Office Coordinator II will be responsible for the reception/secretarial area They will Coordinate functions and activities of the Department including taking referrals, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance and telephone support They will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient check-in process, compiling reports, and maintaining medical records This position requires frequent contact with attorneys, physicians, insurance companies, employers, patients, and their families, correspondence and in the clinic They will be responsible for indirect supervision within the office area, ensuring that the director is informed of any problem areas within the office
