About The Position

Office Coffee Service Route Representative Picture your weekday starting at 7:00 am. You check your route plan, load coffee, tea, and related products, and head out to keep your customers in stock and their beverage stations on point. As a route relief pro, you step in where needed, making sure every stop gets great service and every station meets our standards. Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with overtime when needed. Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license. Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical. What you’ll do Sell and deliver coffee, tea, and related products to assigned customers. Provide route relief as needed; ensure every customer on the daily set schedule receives delivery and service. Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products at each call. Keep equipment clean and operational, conducting at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) per day. Escalate customer issues promptly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily when on a route. Grow Revenue per Stop by closing distribution voids on core items, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and maintaining stations to standard. Report any inefficiencies, customer dissatisfaction, or new opportunities to the ASM while running route relief. Support the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer matters as assigned. Learn brewing equipment and perform basic repairs or adjustments. Consistently follow the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make sales calls when time and opportunity allow. Pitch in as needed with warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service activities. What makes you a great fit Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Route delivery experience a plus. Customer service background preferred. Previous foodservice industry experience desired. Clean, strong driving record. The base salary range for this role is defined above and may vary depending on experience and qualifications. To account for cost-of-living differences, we apply location-based salary adjustments. Employees working in higher-cost cities may receive a geographical pay premium, which is determined based on market data and local economic factors. If applicable, your specific salary will be discussed during the hiring process based on your work location.
