About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our office. In this role, you will be responsible for various clerical tasks that support our team in maintaining organized records, communicating effectively with clients and staff, and ensuring the overall functionality of the office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders to replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members as required.
  • Support accounting tasks including invoicing and expense tracking as necessary.
