About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support smooth office operations. Your primary duties will include managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with various data entry tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files and documents.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and reordering supplies as necessary.
