About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and file documents and paperwork systematically
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering supplies as necessary
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as requested
