About The Position

America’s Auto Auction (AAA) is a full-service used-vehicle auction provider specializing in the wholesale remarketing of vehicles for business-to-business customers. Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional service and reliable operational execution for both dealers and institutional partners. America’s Auto Auction – Greater Peoria is currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will support daily office operations while helping create a positive, customer-first experience for both buyers and sellers. You’ll play a key part in delivering efficient, thoughtful service, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and upholding company standards for compliance, quality, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of auction experience or 2–4 years of dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including effective use of the Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High energy level and self-motivated approach to work
  • Solid product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks as required

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of auction experience or 2–4 years of dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to both Buyers and Sellers
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Operate office equipment efficiently, including copier, scanner, fax, and adding machine
  • File paperwork accurately in designated locations
  • Follow instructions and direction from management
  • Assist with the collection of past-due accounts as needed
  • Accept and process vehicle payments
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of vehicle titles
  • Document and track the transfer of titles and checks
