About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses to emails and phone inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing office supply inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Support scheduling by managing appointments and bookings for team members.
