About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage telephone calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, ensure proper maintenance of files, and retrieve information as needed.
  • Perform data entry and update databases with information pertaining to clients, projects, and inventory.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and accurate distribution.
