About The Position

Unilux Brand We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play an essential role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by performing various administrative tasks that support our staff and management. You will be responsible for handling front desk responsibilities, managing correspondence, and assisting with document preparation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in another administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with data entry and management using office software.
  • Prepare and distribute office communications, including memos and emails.
  • Ensure that office supplies are stocked and reorder supplies when necessary.
  • Support the accounting department by processing invoices and expense reports.
