  • Sort paperwork and scan/copy documents using Canon Copier machines.
  • Prepare manifests, Bill of Lading, and Labor Sheets by removing staples, paperclips, and separating copies.
  • Scan and upload important documents into the system.
  • Utilize tracking systems to gather information regarding hazardous waste drums and enter data into Salesforce.
  • Sign and organize manifests and other paperwork.
  • Assist with mail flow and ensure organization.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
  • Ability to properly handle important documents.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in an office assistant role or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible working hours (7-3:30 pm or 8-4:30 pm) ensuring a 40-hour workweek.
