Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and directs traffic at the WM Facility.
• Answers customer questions accurately.
• Calculates payments for customers depositing waste.
• Ensures incoming garbage loads are safe and free of inappropriate material.
• Monitors safety compliance for customers and employees, ensuring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintains general upkeep of the Scale House.
• Completes administrative tasks including filing and required reports.
• Keeps the immediate supervisor informed of any issues or matters requiring attention.
• Attends company-sponsored training and meetings as directed.
• Works overtime as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including data entry and minor customer service responsibilities.
• Approaches all encounters with employees, customers, and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
