Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments, retaining all insurance checks.
  • Retain mail returns and perform skip trace process.
  • Open Credit Counselors mail and prepare it for contact.
  • Review, price, and prepare payment to physicians according to the Self pay/Consulting agreement as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist credit counselors with general office tasks as needed.
  • Process ad-hoc requests for assistance with projects and other duties efficiently.
