About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist office manager and other staff with secretarial, administrative, and clerical support as needed.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including placing and tracking supply orders, preparing basic reports, and collecting fees.
  • Maintain calendars and assist with student attendance processes.
  • Provide clerical support, including answering phones, monitoring visitors, and assisting parents and students.
  • Handle data entry, prepare memos, correspondence, and distribute materials as needed.
  • Monitor student records and files, including requesting and sending records for students.
  • Provide backup coverage to other school positions and assist in the health clinic as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with graduation.
