OFFICE CLEANING LEAD (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Summary: Responsible for custodial staff supervision and the overall cleanliness, sanitation, security, safety and maintenance of the assigned facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail. Supervises office cleaning staff in assigned building. Inspects to ensure cleaning, sanitation, security, safety and maintenance requirements are met. Orders materials necessary for the upkeep of the building while staying within assigned budget. Oversees minor repairs and submits work orders for repairs, building maintenance and supplies. Trains staff regarding proper cleaning procedures, including floor cleaning, burnishing, waxing and chalkboard cleaning. Train new and substitute office cleaners as needed. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Associates at ESFM are offered many fantastic benefits. Requirements
- One year of prior office cleaning experience is preferred.
