About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and efficient Part-Time Office Cleaners to join our team in Brecksville, Ohio The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized office environment during daytime hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in office cleaning or similar role preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Excellent time management skills
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to adjust cleaning schedule as needed
Basic English communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for office privacy
Clean Criminal Record
Ability to take onboarding assessment quizzes on a computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed
Clean and maintain restroom facilities, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies
Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and countertops
Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchen areas
Spot clean carpets and upholstery as necessary
Ensure windows and mirrors are clean and streak-free
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor
Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
