About The Position
Office Cleaner at Marsden Shift Details: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Hours per Week: 40 hours Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Job Description: Seeking a dependable Daytime Custodian to join our team as a flexible Floater. In this role, you’ll handle general cleaning and restroom maintenance at our main facility, with occasional travel to two nearby sites (one within walking distance and one a short 2.5-mile drive). We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a reliable work ethic and the flexibility to shift locations based on building needs. Due to the physical nature of the work, candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting (especially during summer projects) and consistently bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
