Part-Time Office Cleaner/Janitor
About The Position
Part Time Cleaning Position in Arlington Heights, Illinois Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, Up To 20 Hours per Week The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition. Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms. Please note this position services up to 4 locations within 10 minutes driving distance . Compensation & Hours: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $17/hour. Part time employees receive PTO (paid time off) based on hours worked, continuous training (with incentives), referral bonuses, free company uniforms, and more! Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business. All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company. Schedule: Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Arrival time between 6pm and 7pm.
