Responsibilities

  • Keep QuickBooks up to date
  • Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
  • Send purchase orders and generate invoices
  • Reconcile weekly reports and balance sheets
  • Maintain records and complete tax forms
  • Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail
  • Keep an inventory of warehouse chemicals and office supplies
  • Order new materials as needed
  • Maintain files and documentation
  • Welcome visitors to the office
  • Answer phone calls and deliver messages
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Schedule meetings and send invites to attendees
  • Perform bookkeeping, filing, and collection invoicing.
