JOB SUMMARY: The Office Automation Specialist II provides operational support for production scheduling and automated batch processing within the Department of Revenue. This role assists the Operations Analyst II by monitoring and maintaining production jobs using the OpCon automated scheduler, tracking job performance and failures in Cherwell, and maintaining production documentation and form libraries. The incumbent collaborates with program teams to troubleshoot issues, ensures timely completion of production tasks, and provides prompt, professional service to internal and external customers.
