About The Position

ELC Office Associate Department: Administration Job Title : Office Associate Education Level: High School Diploma required. Prior office experience or evidence of advanced training preferred. Strong computer skills required. Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of basic office equipment including computers, telephones, copies/printers. Experience using Internet and computer desktop applications including productivity software (i.e., Google and MS Office Suites). Essential Functions of Position: Perform clerical duties as required. Performs accurate typing, data entry and computer skills. Use effective written and oral communication skills. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Demonstrates sound decision-making skills. Demonstrates positive interpersonal relationship skills with co-workers, other departments and the public. Utilize ESU 10, state, and federal business and reporting systems. Demonstrates proficiency utilizing productivity software. Organize and maintain digital files and physical files. Create spreadsheets to track data. Maintain electronic meeting notes using Google Docs. Data entry and report generation from ODIE registration program and Nebraska Early Childhood Professional Record System (NECPRS). Stay updated on relevant technology and office management systems. Specific departmental duties/projects Order and prepare workshop materials and support facilitators as needed. Project management – conferences, workshops, special projects. Prepare purchase orders, visa orders, registrations, and travel arrangements. Monitor and order office and training supplies. Maintain email lists and ESU10 District Profile as needed. Support creation and distribution of newsletters using Canva and Smore programs. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
