About The Position

MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for an Office Associate to support our Norwalk team. The Office Associate must have the ability to work in close partnership with other members of the organization as well as independently on projects, from conception to completion. Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide variety of confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate will be asked to exercise sound judgement on behalf of MKTG with a variety of functional situations as necessary and appropriate. We are also looking for the candidate to help foster and cultivate our friendly office culture through assisting with planning office gatherings and office events. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative, and operations support for the Norwalk Office, managing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless support and contribute to the effective day-to-day running and culture of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office supplies/materials and inventory management
  • Prepare regular expense and office budget reports
  • Distribute and store correspondence (letters/packages)
  • Manage welcome desk operational function
  • Maintain a reliable, secure and compliant site, including office organization, functionality, appearance, cleanliness and security.
  • Keep all common areas (kitchen, lounge, meeting rooms, etc.) tidy and organized.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with all employees and vendors.
  • Coordinate and oversee corporate office operations which includes functions such as conference room management, reception, and other office services.
  • Partner with Dentsu central teams to troubleshoot any office technological or equipment issues through to resolution.
  • Laise with Dentsu central teams regarding any building and security related issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with US Executive Team, staff, and vendors to ensure proper and smooth operations in the Norwalk Office.
  • Partner with cross-functional and Dentsu International central teams to improve company tools and systems and find efficiencies.
  • Work closely with Norwalk Office Leadership, and HR as needed, on any internal projects and initiatives, especially those affecting Norwalk Office employees.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of office events and community outreach activities (work with Location Leader and COOL Crew members).
  • Implements standard operating procedures and new processes related to the office and provides the support necessary to ensure consistently high-quality services.
  • Partner with client teams to coordinate offsite storage as needed.
  • Oversee office fulfillment space to ensure packages are claimed and stored in a timely manner, ensure space is tidy and organized etc.
  • Onboard and educate new trainees on office support tasks, serve as resource for questions and ensure work is completed.
