The Department of Insurance is seeking to hire an Office Associate who performs a variety of complex, specialized clerical information, assistance, and general office support functions to professional staff of the Office of Consumer Health Insurance (OCHI)/Health Products Complaints Section. This position exercises independent judgment and initiative in providing complex and specialized support and assistance in the investigation and resolution of consumer complaints and inquiries; interprets and applies agency guidelines and policies in receiving, processing, and maintaining all complaints and inquiries; initiates correspondence with insurance company representatives regarding receipt of complaint and action or response required by insurance company.
