  • Organizing invoices and entering them into QuickBooks
  • Creating files, maintaining and organizing filing systems
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Sending emails
  • Processing online postage, preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
  • Keeping office area neat and tidy
  • Running errands as needed
  • Conducting research as needed
  • Performing other tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Proficient in use of email and internet
