  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • 10-key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry skills.

Responsibilities

  • Taking high volume inbound calls from customers regarding service inquiries and assisting in placing online orders.
  • Looking into customer status and professionally relaying information.
  • Performing service lookups in the database and data entry.
  • Printing reports and making copies utilizing office equipment.
  • Maintaining organized record keeping and filing.
