About The Position

This position serves as the receptionist or first point of contact for the public, answering telephone calls and greeting visitors. The role involves ascertaining the nature of business, directing callers/visitors to appropriate personnel, and recording/relaying messages. Additionally, the position provides clerical support for an assigned department/division, processing a variety of documentation associated with department operations within designated timeframes and per established procedures. The role also includes performing customer service functions, providing information and assistance regarding department services, and resolving routine questions or complaints. Other responsibilities include data entry, processing payments, operating office equipment, and maintaining records and inventory of supplies. The position requires effective communication with various stakeholders to coordinate work activities and resolve issues.
