About The Position

The temporary, part-time Office Assistant will support Moody and Associates, Inc., Washington, PA location. This position will last until the end of 2026 but may become a permanent part-time position.

Requirements

• Computer literate - moderate skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to speak & hear detailed information through oral communication
• A demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
• Be able to perform all tasks and assignments in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a cooperative and collaborative approach by willingly supporting team assignments and assisting colleagues or supervisors as needed
• Work well independently with limited instruction
• The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully. The employee must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and sit for long periods when performing office-related tasks and/or while driving for business purposes.
• Flexibility of 16 – 20 hours per week, maximum
• Physical presence at 1720 Washington Rd, Washington, PA 15301 is required
• No remote work is available for this position

Responsibilities

• Adherent to all company-mandated safety requirements
• Assist Corporate Controller with administrative-related work, as needed
• General office duties, including filing, data entry, and sorting of mail
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Assist with accounts payable
• Respond to written communications/requests from management in a timely fashion
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities at times, if necessary
