Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking.
  • Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and team gatherings.
  • Greet and host guests, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors to resolve facilities or IT needs.
