A Day in the Life of an Office Assistant: Picture yourself starting the day by prepping training rooms for a big event, greeting customers with professionalism, and coordinating logistics to keep operations running smoothly. As the Office Assistant, you’ll juggle scheduling meetings, supporting executive leadership, handling supply runs, and ensuring every detail is in place for seamless office and event execution. You’ll be the go-to resource for administrative support, making a real difference in our fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
  • Full-time position with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends for events)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and organization
  • Prepare training rooms and materials
  • Correspond with customers via email, phone, and in-person
  • Attend company events to provide on-site support
  • Drive for supply runs and deliveries
  • Support C-suite leadership with scheduling and document prep
  • Manage general office duties (filing, copying, mail, inventory)
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate meetings for staff and leadership
