Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases accurately
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
