Responsibilities

• Data Entry
• Perform high‑volume data entry with excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ensure all data entered meets accuracy standards and can withstand external audit review.
• Maintain a high level of precision and consistency in all tasks.
• Fast‑Paced Workflow
• Adapt to shifting priorities and changing assignments as business needs evolve.
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a dynamic environment.
• Customer Service – Phone Support
• Answer inbound calls from a wide variety of magazine publishers.
• Utilize online reference materials to review publication‑specific information while assisting callers.
• Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service on every call.
• Customer Service – Email Support
• Respond to customer service emails from multiple magazine publishers.
• Use established email templates to streamline responses and minimize writing time.
• Ensure all emails are handled courteously, accurately, and promptly.
