Responsibilities

  • Performing tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, shredding, and sending documents as assigned.
  • Performing online renewals, vault related duties, inventory duties, and assisting other team members with similar tasks.
  • Analyzing documents for accuracy and completeness while following strict security procedures.
  • Managing and organizing all incoming mailed correspondence directed to the unit.
