  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking meetings and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailing trip itineraries.
  • Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.
  • Greeting and guiding visitors.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
