About The Position

Requirements

  • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)

  • Experience with data entry in ERP software (INFOR)
  • Strong customer coordination and relations skills

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and assisting customers
  • Collecting and managing customer paperwork
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Providing purchasing support
  • Coordinating with Technicians and Department Heads
  • Assisting with expense reports and AR/AP tasks
  • Data entry using company ERP software
  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
