Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required.
  • Create and track all contract and short form agreements including Certificate of Insurance requirements.
  • Maintain and update various logs, reports, and meeting minutes for all departments.
  • Assist mall tenants with operational issues as instructed by a manager or director.
  • Accept task assignments from management.
  • File, fax, scan, and photocopy as assigned.
  • Answer incoming telephone lines, directing calls to the appropriate person or department when needed.
  • Take messages when necessary and ensure appropriate distribution of all messages.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments including housekeeping, security, operations, marketing, leasing, GM, and Home Office.
