About The Position

Work Schedule: 20%, day/evening shift working 1 evening shift weekly scheduled from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm and 1-2 Saturdays a month. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at 621 Science Dr. in Madison, WI. Be part of something remarkable Bring your organizational skills to UW Health. We are seeking an Office Assistant to: Greet patient and participant, assist with wayfinding. Conduct membership sales and class registration. Handle package deliveries and receipts. Requirements for work include CPR certification (UW Health can provide), general computer skills and comfort learning registration software.
