Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Senior Telephone Support Clerk is responsible to promptly answer incoming telephone calls, provide courteous service to callers, handle billing or patient concerns and handle updates to insurance billing information of existing accounts. The Senior Telephone Support Clerk is also responsible for providing complete follow-through on necessary actions and escalation of internal processing issues to the Management Team to prevent re-occurrence of any errors. The Senior Telephone Support Clerk may also be required to handle written correspondence from patients and/or insurance companies.
