Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Issue supplies utilizing various methodologies including par level filing and call-down requests.

  • Assist in maintenance of stock room; unpack supplies and stock shelves; keep distribution area clean.

  • Deliver forms and supplies to various offices; assist in receiving and shipping office materials.
  • Perform office-related activities such as filing, photocopying, sorting and delivering mail, and inventorying supplies.
