About The Position

Examine date machines, time stamps, electric staplers and other office machines used in tax processing to determine cause of malfunction. Make repairs as needed to system furniture and customer property as directed by customer work orders. Determine maintenance needs and replaces wheels of rolling stock. Maintain parts inventory for use in daily repairs. Communicate parts needed to manager for ordering purposes. Maintain files of documents used and prepared. Maintain key inventory, key making equipment, and repairs locks as requested by customer work order. Assemble customer equipment as required by work order. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Two (2) years of job-related experience including basic computer operations skills is required.
  • Must be able to process routine reports, and must possess and maintain a valid driver?s license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.

  • Completing all training requirements and fulfilling all self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks and serving on safety committees and teams.
  • Carry out job activities in compliance with applicable AECOM Quality System documents and customer contracts.
  • Implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.
