Hours for the position would be approximately 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some variability as needed. Some holidays will be required. The Office and Transportation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily administrative operations at Oaknoll and for managing Oaknoll’s transportation services for our residents. They lead and supervise Oaknoll receptionists and transportation staff, coordinating scheduling and stepping in to ensure coverage when necessary. They are responsible for ensuring all office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained adequately, as well as managing the safety, maintenance, and upkeep of the Oaknoll transportation fleet. Regular communication with residents, staff, and visitors across all of Oaknoll requires effective, mature communication, the ability to exercise good judgement, and to respond tactfully in all situations.
