About The Position

Captain Kicks Soccer and Young Ninjas USA are youth enrichment programs serving children ages 2–10 through fun, structured soccer and martial arts classes. We partner with schools, community centers, and families across L.A and Valley to help kids build confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement. This role supports the behind-the-scenes operations for both programs. We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office & Program Coordinator to support daily administrative and program operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing systems, and supporting multiple teams. Consistent in-office availability Monday through Friday is required. This position plays a key role in supporting our coaching teams and leadership, helping ensure our programs run smoothly for kids, families, and schools. You’ll be an important part of our growing, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a short daily schedule
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update session-related notes, reports, and documentation
  • Track and log post-session feedback and program notes
  • Manage inventory / update t-shirt and equipment reports
  • Assist with flyers and materials for camp fairs, back-to-school nights, and events
  • Support general office organization and administrative tasks
  • Keep coach compliance files current (Live Scan, TB tests, certifications, etc.)
  • Support curriculum organization for Young Ninjas USA
  • Provide calendar and scheduling support as needed
  • Assist with payroll support and basic reporting
