The Office and Patient Coordinator (OPC) provides quality administrative and clerical services for program staff and assists Senior Life Solutions patients with care needs. This role involves providing transportation to patients in a provided vehicle, assisting with insurance verification and billing procedures, offering clerical support to team members, and ensuring safe patient transportation. The OPC is expected to contribute to positive team dynamics and excellent customer service. This position is hands-on clinical, but also heavily administrative, focusing on patient care, compliance with regulations, and community integration within an Intensive Outpatient Program setting for older adults.
