Requirements

  • Six months of office clerical experience, which includes customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
  • Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona driver's license upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Experience performing data input and record-keeping
  • Experience handling multi-line telephone systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the department file request process
  • Create and update case management system records
  • Handle the delivery and pick-up of physical case files among various departments
  • Answer the telephone; screen, log, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
  • Move boxes and other large items; handle minor office housekeeping duties
  • Manage and track file transfers to and from off-site storage with outside vendors; coordinate file destruction based on an established schedule
  • Perform miscellaneous routine clerical tasks
