Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and located in or willing to relocate to Lehi, Utah.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR or finance systems and concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders in the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, mail and phone calls, and direct them appropriately.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with sourcing and distributing employee swag, in collaboration with the Global People Team.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic financial and HR administrative tasks.
  • Manage office food and supplies, equipment, and facilities, to ensure a well-maintained and functioning workplace.
  • Support event planning for regional events and team activities.
  • Support the VP Marketing with some external events coordination.
