Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude.
  • Answer phones with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service.
  • Tackle a variety of office duties, from filing paperwork to organizing schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide them with all the information they need.
  • Assist with entering estimates and change orders for clients.
  • Keep our office in tip-top shape and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
