The position involves responsibilities in procurement and general office administration. The candidate will ensure that all purchase orders are accurately placed, tracked, and delivered on time. They will proactively follow up with suppliers regarding late or delayed deliveries and escalate issues to line managers when necessary. The role also includes maintaining and updating procurement records and databases, resolving supplier-related issues promptly, and assisting with other procurement-related administrative duties as needed. In terms of office administration, the candidate will monitor office supply inventory, oversee invoice tracking and processing, manage incoming phone calls, handle mail distribution, support company fleet management, coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, organize large meetings and company events, and provide general support to management.
