Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other industry-relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
