About The Position

AVT Simulation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team full-time at our Oviedo office. This in-person role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting a productive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oviedo, FL

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for documentation, intra-team, and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Capability to interpret data.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience in ERP software, i.e. SAP, Deltek CostPoint

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
  • Organize and stock office supplies to ensure all departments are adequately equipped
  • Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical documents accurately and efficiently
  • Perform light data entry and administrative tasks as needed
  • Support general office operations and assist team members with administrative needs
