About The Position

Brent Industries is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Office Administrator to ensure our administration activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, trustworthy, and reliable, ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Performing financial reconciliation, specifically reconciling banking information to verify accurate recording of deposits/withdrawals and reconciling vendor statements and invoices.
  • Managing office communication, which involves answering phones, taking messages, and managing mail correspondence.
  • Serving as the first point of contact by greeting customers and visitors.
  • Handling essential data tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Performing other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Serving as the primary backup to the Office Manager.
