19six is currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team in our Roseville, CA office. As an Office Administrator (OA), you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, providing direct administrative support to the Principal, Finance Manager and other professional team members. The OA must be adept at producing high-quality documents under tight deadlines, and should be able to communicate in an articulate manner, handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy, and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. The OA may also help support the team with construction administration and/or marketing related materials and tasks as requested.
