About The Position

THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BRANCH OFFICE.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support all corporate departments such as Human Resources, Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Executive team. Respond to corporate requests in a timely manner. Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures. Review company handbook periodically to ensure accurate knowledge. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards as well as all government regulations. Create and nurture a positive work environment by treating others with mutual respect and concern. Responsible for office operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and running various reports. Timekeeping and basic payroll functions. Perform billing and work with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor statement issues. Assist with training new hires on policies and procedures regarding payroll time, expenses, and per diems. Open and review work orders in conjunction with dispatchers, branch managers, and operations managers. Open and review purchase orders. Update customer information and process credit pps. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Customer Service, Office Procedures, and Accounts Payable.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English
